Services

Mary and her staff are able to meet the needs of seniors with complex medical conditions such as health disease and diabetes, Alzheimer’s Disease and other forms of dementia, Parkinson’s Disease, stroke, arthritis, and other conditions requiring monitoring, special diets or physical therapy. We also care for those who have fallen who are at risk for falling and other conditions that prevent our elders from meeting their own needs.

  • We work with the residents’ doctors and administer medications and treatments under the doctors orders. Mary accompanies residents to their doctor appointments so that she can discuss the residents’ health status and the doctor’s care plan and medications prescribed.
  • According to the needs of each individual, we help with dressing, bathing and hygiene.
  • We prepare nutritious and appealing homemade meals keeping in mind the preferences and dietary needs of each resident.

  • We provide laundry and housekeeping and maintain the homes in a clean and cheerful condition.
  • We have spacious private and semi-private rooms. We encourage family to bring furnishings and personal items to decorate the residents’ rooms, so they feel at home. Rooms are monitored during sleep hours so that staff can be awakened if help is needed at night.
  • We provide compassionate end-of-life care. In most cases, residents are able to remain in our home…no need to go to the nursing home.
  • Both of our homes are ADA accessible with all 36” doorways, special ADA showers and bathrooms equipped with safety bars.
  • All bedrooms are wired for cable TV and telephones.
